As the Founder & CEO of SARGAD, he leads a purpose-driven organization focused on Innovation Solutions and Private Equity investments bridging operational excellence with strategic capital to power the next generation of sustainable enterprises.
Under his leadership, SARGAD has built a reputation for bold vision and disciplined execution, transforming complexity into clarity. The firm partners with Fortune 500 clients, government agencies, and growth-stage ventures to deliver mission-critical technology, engineering, and workforce solutions. Through its Private Equity arm, SARGAD invests in aerospace, automotive, data centers, defense, and renewable energy, driving growth, transformation, and modernization across strategic industries in the U.S. and India.

Before founding SARGAD, Sri held senior leadership roles at TransDigm Group (AmSafe), GoodPack (KKR), Dometic, Lear Corporation, and Tata Motors, where he led global P&L operations, M&A integrations, and large-scale business transformations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. His leadership philosophy blends Wall Street discipline, engineering rigor, and entrepreneurial agility cultivated through decades of building high-performance teams and scaling businesses worldwide.
Sri holds an MBA from Michigan State University, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
