He is a strategic executive with extensive P&L responsibility, proficient in heading complete business operations, strategic management, and new plant set-ups. He partners with global automotive MNCs, including Renault Nissan, Ford, Hyundai, BMW, and Toyota, to deliver dramatic breakthrough improvements and drive operational excellence.
His expertise spans Strategic Management, Operations, Projects, Value-Engineering, Material Management, Finance, and Human Resources. He leads multidisciplinary teams to implement robust quality systems (ISO/TS16949, Ford Q1, Nissan ASES) and business process improvements, with deep technical exposure to Stamping process, injection &Blow moulding, welding, Forging and machining operations.

As a successful Director and Business Head, Mr. Marimuthu has managed large-scale, multi-plant manufacturing environments. At Lear Automotive India, he headed P&L operations for the South Region, overseeing three locations with an annual turnover of US$160M and a workforce of 1200 employees. He has also managed P&L operations for korean multinationals at KM Seating,Han sung,Japanease MNC TACHI-S &French MNC Saint Gobain .

He brings deep experience in managing greenfield projects, having successfully designed, commissioned, and established three new plants from the ground up in Lear India . His relentless focus on quality and delivery has resulted in numerous accolades, including the "Best Supplier of the year award" from Renault-Nissan, multiple CEO Safety Awards from Lear, Many Quality circle awards &5S awards from reputed institutions and zero line stops at customer ends managed JIT(Just in time ) manufacturing Plants.He has good working exposure in different geographical locations in india( Delhi,Pune &Chennai).

Holding a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Diploma in Material Management, he combines technical rigor with strategic financial acumen. As a certified 5S auditor and Six Sigma Champion, he has developed evidence-based models that boost productivity, reduce costs, and build a culture of continual improvement.
