He has successfully designed and commissioned three greenfield manufacturing plants, achieving consistent on-time delivery, quality excellence, and zero customer line stops. His leadership has earned numerous honors, including the Best Supplier Award from Renault-Nissan, multiple CEO Safety Awards, and several 5S and Quality Circle recognitions.

He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Diploma in Materials Management, and is a certified 5S Auditor and Six Sigma Champion. With international experience across Japan, Korea, China, Dubai, and Europe, he continues to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable business performance in global manufacturing environments.
